Steps:

1. Download File

2. Open with Adobe Acrobat Reader (free version) to retain the fonts used

3. When printing, print sizing should be set to 100% or “Actual Size”

Tips:

• Recommend printing on a heavyweight cardstock. 65lb cardstock is a great weight and should be readily available in small packs at your local Target, Walmart, Michaels, Hobby Lobby, etc.
